    Rang up to a grumpy woman taking my order while being polite, 55 minutes later still waiting!!!!

    1 hour and 10 minutes later after my order, I get a call from a lost delivery guy. Had to walk 20 metres away from my house to pick up my order from his car which was supposedly delivered to my doorstep!!!!

    Tried every approach, delivery or pick up but customer service just sucks!!!!!! For so many years!!!
