Gios Pizza & Pasta Endeavour Hills

If you want rude customer service and argue with you that you didn't order properly and no apologies what so ever when they stuff up your order this place is great.

Last Sunday night I went to Gio's Pizza and Pasta because I needed to change two $2 coins into four $1 dollar coins. An employee saw the change in my hand and then yelled at me, saying he had no change and to get out.

After I got the change I needed from a nearby service station, I went back and calmly asked to speak to the manager of Gio's Pizza and Pasta. The manager listened to my explanation but as soon as I got to the point where the employee yelled at me he yelled at me again in my face, saying he was scared. What of? I'm a 21 year old woman who needed change. Nothing to be frightened of. I pointed this out to him and then he changed tactic, saying he was busy and gesturing to the pizzas behind him. I then told him that I work in hospitality and that I would never treat a customer the way I was treated and pointed out he was being rude and that a simple apology would have sufficed. I left when he didn't seem to take in a word I was saying, denying his rudeness and continuing to shout. All through this, what did the manager do? Nothing. He didn't pull his employee up, he just stood there watching the incident.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless they are looking to be bullied and intimidated and are looking to receive appalling customer service.
